This website is published by Miller Optical for general information about our fiber optic splicing, testing, tracing, and emergency repair services. It is provided on an as-is basis.

We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that every detail is complete, current, or free of error. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Miller Optical works for internet service providers, utility contractors, municipalities, and similar organizations. This website and our services are directed at businesses rather than consumers.

Everything this site says about what we do is a general description of our capabilities. It is not an offer, a quote, or a commitment on any particular job.

This matters most on emergency response. We describe a 24/7 emergency line and a practice of mobilizing immediately, and we mean both. What we do not do, anywhere on this site, is commit to a specific on-site arrival time. How fast we reach you depends on where our crew is when you call, where the damage is, and the conditions on the ground. What we commit to is picking up, telling you honestly what we can do, giving you a realistic mobilization window, and updating that window if it changes.

Nothing on this site creates a service level commitment. Scope, pricing, schedule, responsibilities, and every other term of an engagement are governed exclusively by the written agreement signed for that project. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

The content on this site, including text, photography, graphics, the Miller Optical name and logo, and the way all of it is arranged, is owned by Miller Optical or used with permission. It is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You are welcome to view this site and to print or save pages for your own business use in evaluating or working with us. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute the content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
